Free Tokens

Upon registration, you will receive a limited number of free Tokens. These free Tokens are provided at our discretion and may be subject to change.

AI Fight Prediction Service

We offer a comprehensive AI-powered UFC fight prediction service that operates across three key directions to provide complete fight analysis. The service requires Tokens to access and includes:

• AI Fight Predictor: Combines live odds, fighter stats, and news to estimate winning chances

• Odds & Value Scanner: Tracks betting lines across bookmakers to identify value opportunities

• Fighter Research Hub: Provides comprehensive matchup analysis with side-by-side comparisons

Tokens give you flexible, pay-as-you-go access to the platform. Buy a Token pack once, and each AI prediction or full fight breakdown uses a small number of Tokens—no subscriptions, no recurring charges. Larger packs include bonus Tokens for better value.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others

• Distributing harmful or malicious software

• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services

4. Intellectual Property

All predictions and analysis data generated through our platform for your personal use remains yours. UFCAIBot does not claim ownership rights to the prediction results or analysis you receive. You retain all rights to use the predictions for your personal decision-making. UFCAIBot provides you with AI-powered fight analysis tools, but does not require any rights to how you use the results.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UFCAIBot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services

• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein

• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted to or through our services

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UFCAIBot, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services, or your violation of these Terms.
